Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and highly detailed construction documents using BIM/CAD software.
  • Conduct routine site visits and walkthroughs to inspect construction quality and verify progress against blueprints.
  • Resolve real-time site clashes, structural questions, and technical engineering issues during active construction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, general contractors, sub-contractors, and engineering consultants.
  • Ensure all blueprints and construction methods comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Review Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, material specifications, and contractor change orders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and modern BIM workflows.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of building materials, construction methodologies, structural assemblies, and project estimating.
