Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, well-groomed, smart, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to our guests. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations teams regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
- Process payments and prepare bills/invoices.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain proper communication with other departments for smooth hotel operations.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Prepare daily reports and update management when required.
