Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

  • Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic to retail showrooms and increase online store sales.
  • Plan and organize high-end product launches, exclusive customer previews, and luxury exhibition events for premium collections.
  • Oversee glamorous visual storytelling, photoshoots, and video content creation showcasing our diamond, gold, and bridal jewellery.
  • Manage high-impact advertising budgets across digital platforms, luxury lifestyle magazines, billboards, and television.
  • Collaborate with regional influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand prestige and social media presence.
  • Design hyper-local store-level marketing activities to boost walk-ins during festive seasons and wedding peaks.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure showroom displays match active promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, tracking competitive pricing, gold rate promotions, and changing consumer buying habits.
  • Analyze campaign performance, footfall metrics, and return on investment (ROI) to refine future marketing spend.
  • Hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA, with 3 to 7+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or jewellery marketing.
