Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely filing.
• Prepare, generate, and maintain E-Way Bills for goods transportation.
• Handle purchase bills, sales bills, and GST invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile GST data with purchase and sales records.
• Handle bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank transactions.
• Verify invoices and ensure compliance with GST rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
• Assist in financial closing and other accounting-related activities.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of GST filing and GST compliance.
• Hands-on experience in E-Way Bill generation and management.
• Proficiency in "Tally Prime and MS Excel".
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Ability to manage invoices, billing, and financial documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy in handling financial records and meeting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Practical experience in GST filing and E-Way Bill maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting operations.
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
