Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services clearly.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead handling and sales closure.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
• Should be dedicated, sincere, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and work towards sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
