Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Bhima JewelleryLocation: Madurai
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers and events.
- Generate showroom visits and support sales conversion.
- Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, follow-up skills, basic computer knowledge and a pleasant personality.
