Job Description

Job Summary:

Kaaikani is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, support operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, chats, and inquiries professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide proper support
  • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for order-related updates
  • Handle The Admin Activities
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback
  • Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Update customer details and records properly
  • Support day-to-day customer service activities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: BA, BBA, or Any Undergraduate Degree
  • Madurai candidates are preferable
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
