Job Description

Kutty PSA Seafood Restaurant is hiring experienced chefs for our Ellis Nagar, Madurai location.

We are looking for skilled and dedicated chefs with expertise in the following cuisines:

• Seafood
• Continental
• South Indian
• Dosa Preparation

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook seafood, Continental, and South Indian dishes.
• Prepare dosa and other South Indian menu items, as applicable to the role.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage ingredients, kitchen inventory, and food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–15 years of relevant cooking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
• Strong cooking skills in the respective cuisine.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Candidates currently residing in Madurai are preferred.
