Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies as required.
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and maintained according to company standards.
- Refill toiletries and other guest amenities.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping-related duties when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the property.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Provide polite and professional service to guests.
