Job Description

Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler

    • Sales & Territory Growth: Build and execute strategic sales plans to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual volume or revenue targets. [1]
    • Dealer & OEM Management: Empanel new two-wheeler dealerships, maintain strong ties with regional OEM or distributor partners, and manage trade advance limits. [1]
    • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise area managers and field sales representatives (leading teams ranging from mid-sized units to large field forces). [1, 2]
    • Portfolio & Risk Control (for Finance/NBFC roles): Monitor credit compliance, sourcing quality, and collections to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and delinquency rates. [1]
    • Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, local customer preferences, and regional market trends to recommend new product lines or promotional strategies. [1]
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual regional budgets, forecast sales requirements, schedule expenditures, and analyze financial variances
