Sales & Marketing Executive

Looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to develop dealer networks, promote products, generate sales orders, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers.

The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, dealer development, achieving sales targets, and expanding business across assigned territories.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit existing dealers regularly to promote products and generate sales orders.
• Identify and appoint new dealers to expand the distribution network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware shops, building material dealers, and retailers.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and availability to dealers.
• Generate new sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Follow up on dealer orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the office team for quotations, order processing, billing, and dispatch.
• Maintain daily dealer visit reports, sales reports, and payment follow-up records.
• Promote new product launches and company sales schemes.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Experience in field sales, dealer sales, or marketing preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil.
• Basic English and smartphone knowledge.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned sales territories.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
