Job Description

  • Company : Godrej Appliance
  • Location : Madurai, Coimbatore, Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Tiruppur,


  • Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, assess their needs, and deliver live product demonstrations or test drives.
  • Consultative Selling: Explain product specifications, pricing tiers, active discounts, and after-sales support.
  • Financing & Closing: Assist buyers with loan/EMI applications, trade-ins/exchanges, and sales contract closures.
  • Pipeline & Follow-up: Track open walk-in enquiries through CRM software or lead registers and follow up consistently.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure display models, racks, or showroom floors are clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily logs of footfa
