Work Locations: Madurai, Virudhunagar, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & manage the team effectively
  • Achieve team targets and business goals
  • Monitor team performance & productivity
  • Train, motivate and support team members
  • Handle customer / business Merchants
  • Prepare performance reports & MIS
  • Ensure process and compliance standards are followed

Eligibility

12th , Any diploma & degree

  • Relevant Team Handling / Sales / Operations experience preferred
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong Leadership & Team Management Skills
  • Banking / BFSI / FinTech / Telecom experience will be an added advantage
