Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our school admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective parents, providing information about the school, explaining admission procedures, scheduling school visits, and following up with parents to generate admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to admission enquiries.
• Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission process.
• Generate admission leads through phone calls and follow up with interested parents.
• Schedule appointments and campus visits for parents and students.
• Maintain and update parent enquiry details in the CRM, Excel sheet, or admission register.
• Follow up regularly with parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission counsellor and school administration team.
• Send admission-related information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, campus visits, and admissions.
• Provide courteous and professional service to parents and maintain confidentiality of student information.
