Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining our computer education programs, generating walk-ins, and supporting the admission process.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
  • Convince and motivate prospects to attend counselling sessions.
  • Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor and Branch Team.
  • Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
  • Follow up with interested candidates until admission.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and walk-in targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain proper CRM/Excel/Google Sheet updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with students/parents.
