Job Responsibilities:

• Install, lay, and maintain electrical pipes, conduits, and cable routes as per project requirements.
• Carry out cable laying, pulling, routing, dressing, and basic termination work.
• Install PVC/HDPE/GI pipes or conduits as required for cable protection.
• Assist in underground cable installation and trench-related work.
• Perform cable jointing, gland fitting, lug crimping, and basic cable termination.
• Check cables, pipes, joints, and connections for proper installation and safety.
• Use basic electrical tools and testing equipment such as a multimeter, tester, cable tester, etc.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic cable, wiring, and connection-related issues.
• Read and follow basic electrical layouts, drawings, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and project team for daily work activities.
• Maintain proper tools, equipment, and materials at the work site.
• Follow all electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site guidelines.
• Complete assigned work within the given timeline and maintain daily work records.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical pipe, cable laying, wiring, or infrastructure projects.
• Practical knowledge of electrical cables, conduits, pipes, joints, and termination work.
• Basic knowledge of underground cable installation will be preferred.
• Ability to use basic electrical hand tools and testing equipment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at project/field sites.
• Willingness to travel locally as required for project work.
• Good discipline and ability to work as part of a field team.

QualificationITI – Electrician / Wireman or relevant technical qualification preferred.
