Job Description
- Proactively acquire new gold loan customers through branch walk‑ins, local market outreach, and referrals to meet business targets.
- Manage the complete gold loan process including customer interaction, documentation, coordination for appraisal, and timely disbursal.
- Provide high‑quality customer service by addressing queries, handling renewals/top‑ups, and building long‑term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell relevant banking and financial products to increase customer value and branch revenue.
- Strictly adhere to bank policies, KYC norms, gold handling procedures, and audit requirements to ensure compliant and error‑free operations.
