# Job Summary

We are looking for Female Lead Nurturing Executives to join our team in Mallur and Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, maintaining regular follow-ups, and nurturing prospects throughout the sales journey until they are handed over to the sales team for site visits and closure.

# Key Responsibilities

* Contact and engage prospective customers through **Phone calls and WhatsApp**.

* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on **interest, budget, location, preferences, and other relevant criteria**.

* Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective customers.

* Share relevant project/property information and address basic customer queries.

* Schedule and coordinate **site visit appointments** with interested prospects.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date **CRM records** for all leads and customer interactions.

* Track lead status, follow-up schedules, customer responses, and next actions.

* Nurture inactive, undecided, or prospective customers and convert them into qualified opportunities.

* Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads for **site visits and closures**.

* Achieve assigned **lead nurturing, calling, appointment, and conversion targets**.

* Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospects.

* Handle multiple leads efficiently while ensuring regular and systematic follow-up.

Candidate Profile

* Female candidates preferred.

* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good command of English is required.

* Knowledge of local/regional languages is mandatory.

* Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in **Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil**.

* Comfortable with telecalling and WhatsApp communication.

* Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of **CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace** is an advantage.

* Target-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and customer-focused.

* Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.

* Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with relevant **telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead-generation experience** can apply.

# Language Requirements

**Mandatory:Any 2 languages **

* Kannada

* Telugu

* Tamil

* Good command of English

Candidates who can confidently communicate with customers in the above **local/regional languages and English** will be preferred.
