Dalgona Café is hiring energetic, skilled and customer-focused Baristas for our outlet at Raipur Airport. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about coffee, hospitality and delivering consistent service in a fast-paced airport environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare espresso-based beverages including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, cold coffees, frappés and speciality beverages as per standard recipes.
• Operate commercial espresso machines, grinders and café equipment efficiently.
• Maintain correct coffee dosage, grind size, extraction, milk steaming and beverage presentation.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality and speed of service during peak airport rush hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards across the coffee station.
• Manage daily mise-en-place, stock levels and ingredient availability.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and minimise wastage of coffee beans, milk and other ingredients.
• Assist customers with menu selection, suggest add-ons and support upselling.
• Coordinate with cashier, kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Barista/café experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of espresso-based coffee and milk steaming.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Presentable, disciplined, punctual and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience with Starbucks, Costa, Barista, CCD, Third Wave, Blue Tokai, Tim Hortons, hotels or airport cafés will be preferred.
