Team Collection Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Recovery Branch
- Manage and lead a team responsible for collections in agricultural finance, specifically tractor loans and retail financing. - Oversee recovery operations within the branch to ensure timely loan repayments. - Coordinate with field and retail teams to optimize collection strategies. - Ensure compliance with banking and financial service regulations related to loan recovery. - Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve recovery rates. - Work closely with branch management to align recovery goals with overall business objectives. - Handle customer interactions related to loan recovery with professionalism and adherence to company policies. - Maintain detailed records of recovery activities and prepare reports for senior management.Job role
