Job Description
Job Description – Personal AssistantWe are looking for a responsible and efficient Personal Assistant to support day-to-day business and office activities. The candidate should have good command of English and strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, commercial offers, letters and business documents; handling GeM bids and e-tender submissions; managing emails and correspondence; maintaining records and files; coordinating with customers, suppliers, transporters and other parties; and assisting with routine banking work, payment documentation, LC-related paperwork and other business formalities. The candidate will also be required to handle follow-ups, prepare reports, maintain Excel data and support management in daily business operations. Good communication, computer skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently are essential.
