Job Description
Maintain security and discipline at the site premises.
Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles and items of purchases.
Maintain the visitor register and record all incoming and outgoing visitors.
Check visitor details and confirm appointments before allowing entry.
Monitor the movement of company materials and equipment.
Keep a record of incoming and outgoing materials, as required.
Conduct regular security rounds to check the premises.
Ensure that office gates, doors, and other security points are properly secured.
Immediately report any suspicious activity, theft, damage, or security issue to the Admin Manager.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the security post.
Follow the company's security rules and instructions.
