Job Description

Prior Relevant Experience of min 3-4 years in repairs and maintenance of trucks/commercial vehicles or Earth Moving Equipment/JCB is desired.

Prior Experience in repairs and maintenance of trucks/commercial vehicles or components like engine repairs etc is desirable.

·      To handle product support issues at necessary locations like the OEM Dealer Location/ Working Site of customer

·      To carry out onsite diagnostic of the equipment and provide estimate for repairs

·      To carry out repairs of the different types of equipment as per guidelines from the manufacturer /principal at base workshop/ on site

·      To analyse, identify and document the root cause of failure of the equipment and inform principal accordingly

·      To keep himself updated on latest service-related procedures /improvements from time to time

·      Impart product training to customers and other related parties

·      Any other duties that may arise from time to time
