We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact customers, explain products or services, follow up on leads, and generate business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Generate leads and support the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer databases.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
