FreechargeBiz is hiring an experienced Sales Manager for its Gold Loan division in Mangaldoi, Assam. The candidate must have relevant gold loan sales experience and the ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and achieve business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate leads through databases, job postings, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
