Accounts Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Receivable, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare sales invoices and verify purchase invoices, GST details and supporting documents.
• Maintain GST & TDS records and coordinate with consultants.
• Handle Import & Export accounting and documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, freight and customs-related expenses.
• Record import/export and foreign currency transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, CHA, logistics agencies and internal teams.
• Follow up on receivables, payables and outstanding balances.
• Manage accounting activities of an assigned sister concern.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and support audits/statutory compliance.

• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• 🔹 Candidate ProfileMinimum 3+ years of experience in Accounts.
• Experience in manufacturing/trading/import-export preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, GST, TDS and reconciliation.
• Import & Export accounting experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
