Automobile Sales Executive

As an Automobile Sales Executive, you will be the face of Mandovi Motors and the first person customers turn to when they begin their car-buying journey.

You will connect with customers, understand their needs, present the right vehicle, arrange test drives, explain features and finance options, and turn genuine enquiries into memorable ownership experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a professional, warm and confident approach.
• Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, preferences and budget.
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs rather than simply selling a model.
• Conduct engaging and informative vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, accessories and ownership benefits.
• Handle enquiries from showroom visits, phone calls, digital leads and referrals.
• Follow up consistently and professionally throughout the buying journey.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated on new launches, product features, competitor offerings and market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM/system.
