Job Description
Customer Service Representative – Voice Sales
Job Location: Mangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Responsibilities
- Handle tele-sales and voice-sales activities.
- Interact with customers and communicate product/service information effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain a customer-focused and professional approach during all interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and courteous attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and take on new challenges.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mangalore office.
Work Details
- Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: No fixed weekly off
- Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹18,000 per month
