Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Front Office

  1. Attending and answering incoming phone calls.
  2. Attending to visitors and assisting them as required.
  3. Handling incoming emails, responding as required, and forwarding them to the respective heads.
  4. Informing the MD about appointments with suppliers, vendors, and others.
  5. Maintaining inward and outward registers and forwarding the documents to the respective heads.
  6. Handling Airtel, BSNL, and Jio bills for all units.
  7. Handling printing orders for all units, including retail outlets.
  8. Preparing purchase orders for shops and the Head Office.

Purchase Work – Barimar

  1. Requesting quotations from vendors.
  2. Preparing purchase orders.
  3. Following up with vendors regarding dispatch and delivery.
  4. Coordinating with vendors regarding purchase-related requirements.
  5. Preparing a monthly list of all purchases made during each month.

6.      Obtain the Barimar vehicle insurance quotation before the expiry date and submit it to the concerned person.
