Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-in customers and handle retail counter sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and usage.
• Promote and sell power tools, garden tools, agricultural machinery, and accessories.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing team.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is organized.
• Follow up with customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the store and service teams for product availability and customer requirements.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in retail or counter sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Interest in learning about tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Sales-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of Kannada, English, and basic Hindi preferred.
