Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, statements, and reconciliation reports.
Assist with TDS, billing, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Handle accounting software such as Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare regular financial and outstanding payment reports.
- Support the management in day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
