We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential talent to conducting initial interviews and evaluations. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, write compelling job descriptions, and proactively source high-quality candidates. Your ultimate goal is to build a strong talent pipeline and elevate our employer brand to attract and retain top-tier professionals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using online channels, professional networks like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Job Posting: Write, update, and advertise job openings on our company careers page, social media platforms, and external job portals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define specific hiring requirements and align on candidate expectations.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring panels, ensuring a smooth and clear candidate experience.
• Offer Management: Handle the job offer process, including salary discussions, negotiation, and coordinating onboarding paperwork.
• Data Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source-of-hire.

🔹 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar human resources role.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Sourcing Techniques: Strong knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques (e.g., boolean search strings, social media recruiting).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build quick rapport with candidates and team leads.
• Soft Skills: Great time management, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
