About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in SkillTech or EdTech. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing counselling and inside sales teams, driving revenue growth, achieving business targets, and improving the overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales and student counselling team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive enrolments and business growth.
• Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
• Guide the team in handling leads, conducting counselling sessions, and converting prospective students into paid enrolments.
• Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
• Analyse sales reports, identify performance gaps, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student experience.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive student counselling experience.
• Take ownership of overall team performance and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Management.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in SkillTech or EdTech industry.
• Proven experience managing sales or student counselling teams.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and enrolment targets.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and sales tracking.
• Ability to analyse sales performance and drive team productivity.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
