LOAN SALES EXECUTIVEJob RoleLoan Sales Executive – Field Sales
Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executives to generate leads and promote suitable loan products to customers. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, documentation support, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, and direct customer interaction.
- Promote and explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, Consumer Loans, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Meet customers and collect required documents for loan processing.
- Assist customers with application and KYC formalities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing and approval.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and required documents.
- Maintain regular relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update lead status.
- Requirements6 months–2 years of experience in loan sales, banking, BFSI, fintech, or field sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
