Performance Advisor – Alientech Tools Location: Kadri, Mangalore Department: Sales / Performance Solutions Company: Brookwoods Technologies Pvt. Ltd. About the Role We are looking for a Performance Advisor who can understand customer requirements and recommend the right ECU tuning and performance solutions using Alientech tools such as KESS3. The role combines technical understanding, customer interaction, business development, and sales. Key Responsibilities  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Alientech KESS3 solutions, protocols, and packages.  Develop new customers and dealer relationships across the automotive performance and tuning industry.  Handle enquiries, product demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.  Explain technical features, applications, and benefits of tuning tools to workshops and tuners.  Build and maintain relationships with ECU tuners, performance workshops, garages, and automotive businesses.  Maintain sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, and CRM updates.  Coordinate with the technical, training, and dealer management teams for customer requirements.  Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Preferred Skills  Interest or knowledge in automotive tuning, ECU remapping, diagnostics, or performance upgrades.  Good communication and customer-handling skills.  Ability to understand and explain technical products in a simple manner.  Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.  Sales/business development experience is an advantage.  Experience with automotive workshops, tuning, diagnostics, or performance products is a plus.
