About the Role

SYFTE Market Services Private Limited is looking for a driven, ownership-focused Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, scale, and deliver robust web applications from conception to production. In this role, you will work across our entire technology stack—building lightning-fast, user-centric frontends with Next.js and architecting high-performance backend microservices and APIs using NestJS.

Key Responsibilities

·      End-to-End Ownership: Take complete ownership of feature lifecycles—from system design and database modeling to frontend implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

·      Frontend Excellence: Build scalable, highly responsive user interfaces utilizing React.js and Next.js (leveraging App Router, SSR/SSG/CSR, and API routing).

·      Backend Architecture: Architect, build, and scale secure RESTful APIs using NestJS (Modules, Controllers, Services, and strict DTO validation).

·      Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas in MySQL, writing efficient queries, handling complex joins, and utilizing ORMs like TypeORM.

·      Security & Auth: Implement industry-standard security protocols, including JWT, session management, and granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

·      AI & API Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI/LLM APIs and tools into production environments to enhance product capabilities.

·      Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications utilizing AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous Git-based workflows (branching strategies, code reviews).

·      Performance & Debugging: Conduct advanced profiling, performance tuning, and error handling across the entire stack.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

·      Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional full-stack development experience in fast-paced production environments.

·      Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

·      Frontend Stack: Deep expertise in React.js and hands-on production experience with Next.js.

·      Backend Stack: Proven track record of building production-ready architectures with NestJS.

·      Databases: Solid expertise in MySQL (indexing, relational design, query optimization) and TypeORM.

·      Security: Demonstrated experience implementing secure authentication and authorization systems (JWT, RBAC).

·      Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with AWS, Git/GitHub workflows, and deployment pipelines.

·      AI Integration: Applied, hands-on experience integrating LLMs/AI models into web applications.
