- Staff ki duty aur shift schedule banana
- Customer complaints aur problems ko solve karna
- Vendors aur suppliers ke saath coordination karna
- Daily sales aur cash collection monitor karna
- Hotel ki cleanliness aur service standards maintain karna
- Daily reports prepare aur check karna
- Hotel mein discipline aur smooth working maintain karna
