Relationship Manager - MF
- Client Engagement & Onboarding: Welcome new clients, guide them through KYC and documentation, and maintain regular communication via calls, emails,
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Promote financial or corporate products (such as accounts, loans, insurance, and mutual funds) to meet assigned revenue or deposit targets.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, process service requests within turnaround time (TAT), and resolve complaints effectively.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date interaction logs, client profiles, and compliance data in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal policies, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, and local banking or industry regulations.
