1. Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Movement: Coordinate the inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other plant materials.
2. Transportation Management: Arrange vehicles for timely delivery and dispatch of materials and finished products.
3. Inventory Coordination: Maintain proper records of stock, materials received, materials issued, and finished goods.
4. Dispatch Management: Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch-related documents as applicable.
5. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
6. Loading and Unloading: Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle details, delivery receipts, gate passes, and transportation expenses.
8. Delivery Tracking: Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
9. Safety and Compliance: Follow plant safety rules and company policies during material handling and transportation.
10. Reporting: Prepare daily reports on dispatches, vehicle movements, pending deliveries, and logistics activities.

• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
