Job Description
Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, E&TC, or Electrical Engineering
Job Title : Engineer / Junior Engineer Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery, equipment, and assembly stations as per SOPs and work instructions.
Carry out assembly, testing, inspection, packing, and material handling activities.
Maintain production targets related to quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
Follow 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use prescribed PPE.
Perform in-process quality checks and immediately report defects or abnormalities.
Support line changeovers, preventive maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, and quality concerns.
Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards in the work area.
Shift working, Canteen & Transport facility is available.
