Job Description
Manage and grow the Jio retail/distributor channel in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Jio products and services.
Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Drive sales of Jio SIMs, JioFiber/AirFiber, devices, and other Jio services.
Identify new retailers and expand the distribution network.
Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and market coverage.
Visit outlets regularly and ensure proper product visibility and merchandising.
Guide and motivate the sales team/channel partners to achieve targets.
Track competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Resolve distributor/retailer issues and coordinate with internal Jio teams.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share performance updates.
Ensure compliance with Jio's processes, policies, and business standards.
