Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection / Recovery Executive to handle customer visits and payment collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding dues, maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of payments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their given locations for payment follow-up and collection.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding dues and repayment schedules.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.
• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation/recording of collections.
• Negotiate and coordinate with customers regarding payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and collection status.
• Submit daily field visit and collection reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
• Coordinate with the office/telecalling team for effective follow-up and recovery.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Finance, Banking, NBFC, Loan Collection or Recovery experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tamil communication is mandatory; basic English is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp and digital applications.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-based role

Salary: Based on experience and interview

Petrol / Travel Allowance: As per company policy

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available

⭐ Preferred Candidate : Candidates with experience in loan collection, recovery, field sales, banking, NBFC, finance, or customer follow-up will be preferred.
