Account Executive (Accounting)

Role: Responsible for maintaining accurate MIS, accounting data, operational records and daily reporting to support management decision-making.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily MIS and operational data in Excel.
• Update and maintain Tally Prime accounting entries and records.
• Track sales, collections, expenses, receivables, payables and bank transactions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Maintain customer, vendor and project-wise records.
• Reconcile data between Tally, Excel, bank statements and supporting documents.
• Monitor pending payments, collections and other operational follow-ups.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely updates and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales and Site teams for required data.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.
• RequirementsB.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Accounts / Operations preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and Tally Prime skills.
• Good numerical ability, attention to detail and follow-through.
