Job Description

Core Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sourcing: Drive monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and direct open-market sourcing. [1, 2]
  • Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise branch sales executives, officers, or assistant branch managers to maximize team productivity. [1, 2]
  • P&L & Portfolio Ownership: Own the branch’s volume, yield, conversion rates, and portfolio health while controlling delinquency and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). [1, 2]
  • Credit & Operations Coordination: Track loan files from initial application through credit underwriting, legal/technical valuation, and final disbursement. [1]
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company credit policies, RBI/regulatory guidelines, and internal audit standards. [1, 2]
