Role Overview
We are hiring a dedicated female Data Entry Operator cum Telecaller to handle basic computer data management, customer outreach, and daily coordination. Freshers with good communication skills or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to prospective leads, customers, or partners to explain products/services.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in Microsoft Excel and the internal CRM database.
- Answer incoming queries and provide basic support via phone and email.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients and update call status daily.
- Compile and share basic daily activity reports with the team lead.
