🎓 Minimum Qualification

Polytechnic / ITI Diploma in Electrical

Minimum 1 Year Experience

Solar Field Experience Preferred

📌 Key Responsibilities – Solar Electrician

1. Solar Electrical Installation

Solar panels की DC wiring एवं string connections करना।

DC एवं AC cable laying, termination और connections करना।

Inverter, ACDB, DCDB, LT Panel, MCB, MCCB और SPD की installation करना।

Electrical equipment की proper installation एवं checking करना।

2. Solar Site Execution

Solar installation का कार्य निर्धारित drawing एवं layout के अनुसार करना।

Installation supervisor के निर्देशानुसार daily work complete करना।

Cable routing, conduit fitting, cable dressing और earthing connections करना।

Installation quality एवं workmanship maintain करना।

3. Testing & Commissioning Support

Solar system की electrical testing में सहायता करना।

Multimeter, Clamp Meter और Megger का उपयोग करना।

DC voltage, AC voltage, continuity एवं insulation resistance check करना।

Inverter installation, startup और commissioning में support देना।

4. Fault Finding & Troubleshooting

Solar wiring एवं electrical connections में faults identify करना।

Loose connections, cable faults और polarity issues को ठीक करना।

Inverter alarms एवं electrical breakdown में troubleshooting support देना।

खराब electrical components की पहचान करके supervisor को report करना।

5. Earthing & Protection

Solar structure, inverter एवं electrical panels की earthing करना।

Earthing connections एवं lightning protection system की installation में सहायता करना।

AC/DC protection devices की proper wiring एवं connections करना।

6. Safety Compliance

Electrical safety rules एवं site safety instructions का पालन करना।

Helmet, safety shoes, gloves एवं अन्य आवश्यक PPE का उपयोग करना।

Electrical work शुरू करने से पहले supply isolation एवं आवश्यक safety checks करना।

Unsafe working conditions की सूचना supervisor को देना।

7. Tools & Material Management

Electrical tools एवं testing instruments का सही उपयोग करना।

Cable, connectors, lugs, glands और अन्य electrical materials का उचित उपयोग करना।

Material wastage को कम करना एवं tools की देखभाल करना।

Daily material consumption की जानकारी supervisor को देना।

8. Teamwork & Reporting

Site engineer एवं supervisor के साथ coordination करना।

Installation team के साथ मिलकर निर्धारित समय में काम पूरा करना।

Daily work progress एवं site issues की reporting करना।

Installation checklist एवं quality standards का पालन करना।

🎯 Performance Expectations (KPI)

समय पर installation work पूरा करना।

Safe एवं quality electrical installation सुनिश्चित करना।

Wiring mistakes एवं loose connections को न्यूनतम रखना।

Safety rules का पालन करना।

Tools एवं materials का सही उपयोग करना।

Supervisor के निर्देशों के अनुसार काम पूरा करना।

Electrical wiring का practical knowledge

Solar PV system की basic understanding

Inverter installation एवं operation knowledge

Single Line Diagram (SLD) पढ़ने की क्षमता

Multimeter, Clamp Meter एवं Megger का उपयोग

Electrical fault diagnosis एवं troubleshooting

🏍️ Bike & Travel Requirement

Candidate के पास अपनी Two-Wheeler (Bike/Motorcycle) होना अनिवार्य है।

Candidate को Solar Project Sites पर Field Travel करना होगा।

Job में लगभग 50–100 KM तक की daily/regular field travel हो सकती है।

कंपनी की policy के अनुसार Bike/Travel Allowance प्रदान किया जाएगा।

अलग-अलग project sites पर जाने के लिए candidate को travel करने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।

Valid Driving Licence एवं vehicle के आवश्यक documents होना अनिवार्य है।
