Job Description
Functional & Operational Requirements
- EV / Automobile Product Knowledge: Understanding electric 3-wheelers (lead-acid vs. lithium-ion specs, motor/controller capacities, mileage, subsidies, and RTO registration basics).
- Payment Recovery & Target Achievement: Following up on receivables, dealer order advances, and meeting vehicle dispatch targets.
- Field Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and hold an active Driving License (DL) for inter-district travel.
- Regional Language Fluency: Fluent in local Hindi to effectively negotiate with shop owners and grassroots commercial vehicle dealers.
- Core Skills to Select on Portal FormDealer Network Expansion / Channel Sales: Experience identifying, pitching, and onboarding new automobile dealers and stockists.
- B2B Sales & Negotiation: Handling bulk vehicle sales, price discussions, credit terms, and commercial closures.
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Sourcing high-potential dealers across tier-2/tier-3 towns and rural clusters.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining regular follow-ups with appointed dealers to ensure recurring monthly booking orders.
- Market Mapping & Competitor Analysis: Identifying competitor presence (pricing, regional market share, popular models) across Western UP.
