Job Description

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
  • Explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions when required.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
  • Check regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
  • Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests and colleagues.
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and grooming requirements.
