Social Media Specialist

This is a hybrid role: part content strategist, part growth analyst, part automation builder. You'll own @sonofswaadofficial and the founder's personal brand, run creator collabs for every city launch, and build AI and n8n workflows that put research and reporting on autopilot. You report directly to the CEO.

AI and automation

• Build and maintain n8n (or Make) workflows using the Instagram Graph API, Apify, Google Sheets and the Claude API.
• Automate weekly competitor research, post tagging and reporting so the team spends time creating, not compiling.
• Use AI tools daily for research, scripting and trend spotting.
• Must-have skills and experience3 to 6 years in social media or growth marketing, with at least 2 years at a food, QSR, D2C or consumer brand (in-house or agency).
• A portfolio of reels and campaigns with real numbers: reach, shares, follows, leads or sales.
• Fluent Hinglish writing and a feel for what works with Tier 2 and Tier 3 North Indian audiences.
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and Meta Ads Manager.
• Has built at least one working automation in n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) daily for research and scripting.
• Strong with Google Sheets: formulas, pivots and simple dashboards.
• Experience managing influencers or creators end to end: briefing, negotiation and tracking.

Certifications (good to have, any two)

• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
• Google Analytics certification
• HubSpot Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing certification
• Make Academy certification or a completed n8n course
• Any recognised course in AI tools or prompt engineering
