Travel Agent / Consultant

Heavens Tour and Travel is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant who can understand client requirements, customize travel plans, and confidently pitch our tour packages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, good at communication, and skilled in converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer travel needs and preferences (domestic & international).
• Design and customize travel itineraries as per customer requirements.
• Pitch and sell company tour packages in a convincing and professional manner.
• Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, hotels, flights, visas, and travel services.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and airlines for bookings and confirmations.
• Follow up with leads and close sales.
• Maintain customer records and booking details.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with convincing and sales-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus.
• Ability to customize itineraries and explain them clearly to customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, MS Word/Excel).
• Experience in travel industry or sales is preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
